West Knox Dentistry is a family-oriented dental practice led by Dr. Dimitrios J. Vareldzis, DDS, proudly serving the Knoxville community. Graduated from the prestigious Marquette University School of Dentistry, Dr. Vareldzis brings over 20 years of experience and a reputation for delivering exceptional care through a patient-focused approach rooted in trust, comfort, and clinical excellence.

He is especially passionate about continuous learning and staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology, particularly in the field of implant dentistry. Dr. Vareldzis and his wife fell in love with East Tennessee and recently relocated to the Knoxville area from the West Coast, making Tennessee their new home and community.

Dr. Karishma M. Bhimani

Dr. Karishma grew up in the UK and graduated from King’s College London in 2016. Loving dentistry as much as she did, she decided to pursue it all over again, completing the Advanced Standing Dental Program at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 2021. She moved to Knoxville in 2021 and has been caring for patients here ever since. Her training across two countries gives her a broad clinical background, and her patients know her for being warm, thorough, and genuinely invested in their care. Outside the office, she is a devoted mom to three kids. When she is not with patients, she is on a hiking trail, in the gym, or creating henna art. She brings that same energy and attention to detail to everything she does. If you are looking for a dentist who will truly listen and take care of you like family, she would love to be yours.
